TOR Client

A client for the local TOR instance.

Goals

• Determine if local TOR client is installed using CLI
• Connect with local instance using CLI
• Retrieve web page as a file over TOR using CLI
• Provide ability to launch as a network service and control its lifecycle
• Control local TOR instance using CLI
• Control local TOR instance as a service
• Support service_bus crate
• Support TOR hidden services
• Receive message over TOR using CLI
