Spatialindex

Auto-generated (using bindgen) bindings to libspatialindex.

Requirements

libspatialindex must be present on your system. Currently, the build script looks for headers in /usr/local/include/spatialindex/capi/. This will become more flexible whenever I figure out what I'm doing.
