[RangeMap
] and [RangeInclusiveMap
] are map data structures whose keys
are stored as ranges. Contiguous and overlapping ranges that map to the same
value are coalesced into a single range.
Corresponding [RangeSet
] and [RangeInclusiveSet
] structures are also provided.
