Additional wrapper to add support for HKDF using rust-openssl. Used as a temporary bridge until rust-openssl releases a new official version that supports this functionality along with support for OpenSSL 3.0. See PR here.

Unlike rust-openssl, this library only works with OpenSSL 1.1.1, it will not be able to link against older versions or OpenSSL 3.0.0.
