Ok, so, I got sick of the way Visual Studio Code treats markdown files. I don't know why it does what it does, but what it does is obnoxious and literally made it difficult for me to do my damn job as a writer. As a result, we're moving away from that. Far, far away.
...Now, an .nv file is just a markdown file with a different filename extension, so don't get too excited.
