The IBM437 font for uses with the embedded-graphics crate.
The font comes from the AM9264 chip component of a Monochrome Display Adapter card (MDA/CGA)
Offset glyphs have been changed to optimize the UTF-8 default rust encoding.
Warning: these IBM fonts are probably public domain today. Does anyone know anything about it?
