Implementing an arena based Tree structure.

Implemented features:

• Appending children and siblings
• Inserting children and siblings on any node
• Iteration on the structure (Iter, IterMut and IntoIter)
• serde feature for serialization

Missing features:

• Removal of a node
• Parallel iteration with rayon
