Energy Monitor Trait

The energy-monitor crate provides the EnergyMonitor trait and a dummy implementation called DummyEnergyMonitor.

Usage

Add energy-monitor as a dependency in Cargo.toml:

toml [dependencies] energy-monitor = "0.2"
