Rust FFI binding for the libdvbv5 library from the Video for Linux project.
There is currently a problem with the bindgen generation of some ATSC related data structures. It appears the DVB-T and DVB-T2 aspect of things works entirely as expected and required.
Despite the test fails, the crate is published.
