Curuam v0.2.2

curuam is rust crate for lot of useful functions and structs like Ipv4, Ipv6, Mac, randominrange, memcpy, checksum, EthHeader, IpHeader, and etc.

• Renamed IpHeader to Ipv4Header and added Ipv6Header
